About the Role.
To cover a period of parental leave, we are looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager. This position is offered as a contract of up to 12 months. In this role, you’ll support the Brand and Content Partnerships Senior Manager in establishing and nurturing global partnerships that elevate the Sweat and Kayla Itsines brands, driving member acquisition and retention in priority markets.
This position can be fully remote or based in Sweat’s workspace in Adelaide or Melbourne. Some key responsibilities in this role include:
• Assisting with the identification, activation, and management of global brand partnerships that drive growth for Sweat and Kayla Itsines.
• Developing high-quality sales tools and supporting a strong pipeline of partnership opportunities.
• Managing inbound requests from prospective partners, tracking documents, and ensuring smooth communication.
• Supporting successful pitching, negotiations, and partner management, including contract preparation and stakeholder communication.
• Overseeing the execution of partnership agreements to deliver mutual business benefits and ensure alignment with Sweat’s strategic goals.
• Collaborating with internal teams to support relevant marketing campaigns and partnership activations.
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitoring partnership performance and helping to manage invoicing and finance requests.
About You.
You are highly collaborative and excited to work with talented people to help us grow. Some of the skills and experiences that will help you succeed in this role include:
• Previous experience in business development, partner management, or partnership marketing.
• A proven ability to manage complex initiatives from start to finish.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with persuasive abilities and diplomacy.
• The ability to self-motivate and stay focused on outcomes.
• Experience working with global or tech-based companies, particularly in the health and fitness industry, is a plus.
• You have a growth mindset, excellent organizational skills, and can juggle multiple priorities with ease.
