This role involves both implementing and leading creative projects across various disciplines.nnAs a member of the marketing team, you will collaborate with the corporate and field marketing teams nationally to achieve marketing at the highest level for our clients, agents, and company. You will support the creative initiatives used by luxury real estate agents in various markets across… the U.S., including Cape Cod, Greenwich, New York City, the Hamptons, Palm Beach, Houston, Santa Fe, San Francisco, Wine Country-Sonoma, Greater Los Angeles, and Santa Barbara.nnResponsibilities Include:nnLiaison for all creative design needs for the company-owned brokerages, with oversight from the Marketing Strategy LeadnnImplement the creative direction established by the brand creative team ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints that exceeds expectationsnnLeverage the company’s brand guidelines to create concepts with a fresh visual approach to design and materials while meeting business objectives and advancing brand strategy and visionnnProduce high-quality, high-impact, scalable, refined, and practical brand design solutionsnnPartner in the creative strategy and vision for the company-owned brokerages as a wholennManage projects across all creative disciplines including but not limited to graphic design, video production/editing, motion graphics, copywriting, and creative development and production while adhering to deadlinesnnCreative platform management in collaboration with the company-owned marketing team and broader brand teamnnProactively develop solutions for creative needs in collaboration with the broader teams within the organization bringing fresh new approaches to existing channels and projectsnnDevelop processes that enhance efficiencynnQualifications/Requirements:nn5-7 years of design experience and expertisennBS/BA in Design or related field preferrednnExpert-level skills in digital design software specifically Adobe Creative SuitennExperienced in video creation and motion graphic productionnnHas a keenly developed luxury design aestheticnnProven ability to holistically take concepts from vision to execution while collaborating with the broader team to get there by harnessing project management and problem-solving skills all while taking into account that how something is communicated is just as important as what’s deliverednnA detail-oriented and organized strategic thinkernnAn autonomous self-starter with the ability to navigate complex situations and thrive in an ever-changing environmentnnStrong verbal and written communication skillsnnAbility to work harmoniously as a team player and thrive in a team-based environmentnnEffective cross-team collaborator with the ability to work across multiple creative projects and meet deadlines and short turnarounds in a fast-paced environmentnnTakes an interest in the competitive landscape and design trends/best practices to ensure the Sotheby’s International Realty brand continues to lead in the luxury real estate industrynnStrives to find a better way whenever applicable always incorporating feedback and business learnings so that what is delivered is strategically driven and impactfulnnEEO Statement: EOE including disability/veteran
