Responsibilities
• Connect with key customers to boost brand visibility and market growth
• Source, appoint, and manage third-party agents for growth
• Cultivate strong relationships and provide tailored quotes
• Dedicate 90% of time to discovering and nurturing customer accounts
• Conduct technical site visits or surveys when needed
• Maintain detailed records in CRM with proactive lead management
• Communicate consistently with corporate management team
• Engage in frequent sales travel within designated region
• Represent Eriez at various exhibitions in the UK, Europe, and USA
Requirements
• Demonstrated experience in B2B/Industrial Sales, especially in food processing
• Fluency in English and at least one other language (Dutch or French)
• Proven experience in sales within the Benelux region
• Ability to manage major accounts and engage with stakeholders
• Comfort making calls and successfully closing deals
• Excellent track record in sales planning and budget management
• Well-organized with effective travel planning within territory
• Commitment to continuous learning and openness to feedback
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
