### Key Responsibilities
– **Client Engagement and Support:**
– Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and managing requests in a timely manner.

– **Relationship Management:**
– Maintain regular communication with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
– Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, utilizing this data to propose improvements and enhancements to our services.
– **Team Collaboration:**
– Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to streamline client feedback processes and align client needs with service offerings.
– Collaborate on the development of promotional materials that address client concerns and highlight Airtasker’s value.
– **Reporting and Analysis:**
– Track, analyze, and report on client metrics, feedback, and satisfaction using various tools and platforms.
– Present findings and recommendations to senior management to influence areas of improvement and strategic direction.
– **Continuous Improvement:**
– Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance the client experience continually.
– Identify gaps in service delivery and propose innovative solutions to improve client relations and engagement initiatives.
### Requirements
– **Education and Experience:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
– A minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations, account management, or customer service, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
– **Personality Traits:**
– Highly motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
– Resourceful in managing client challenges and providing effective solutions.
