2. **Issue Resolution:**

3. **Documentation and Reporting:**
– Maintain detailed records of client interactions, issues raised, and solutions provided in the company’s CRM system.

4. **Training and Education:**
– Educate clients on product features and best practices to maximize their experience and value from our services.
– Conduct webinars and virtual tutorials for clients to promote new features or updates.

5. **Feedback and Innovation:**
– Gather client feedback to help shape and inform product development and service enhancements.
– Actively engage in brainstorming sessions to provide innovative solutions for common client challenges.

6. **Compliance and Policies:**
– Stay informed on company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to deliver accurate information to clients.
– Ensure that all interactions maintain the integrity and reputation of the company.
• *Requirements:**

– **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

– **Experience:**
– A minimum of 4 years of experience in client support or a similar role.
– Proven experience in a remote work environment, demonstrating reliability and self-organization.
