– Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.

– **Research & Innovation:**
– Conduct research to understand customer needs and preferences and to adapt service offerings accordingly.
– Stay up to date with product knowledge and the latest trends in the customer service industry.
– Propose innovative ideas and solutions to improve service delivery and enhance the customer experience.

– **Collaboration:**
– Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide feedback on customer experiences and recommend service improvements.
– Participate in team meetings to discuss customer feedback and share insights.

– **Performance Metrics:**
– Maintain a high level of accuracy in handling customer data and inquiries.
– Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
– Regularly review and reflect on personal performance metrics and customer satisfaction scores.

### **Requirements:**

– **Experience:**
– A minimum of 4 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote working environment.
– Proven track record of resolving customer issues effectively and efficiently.

– **Skills:**
– Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with a passion for helping others.
– Strong research skills to gather necessary information to resolve customer inquiries.
– Innovative thinker with the ability to suggest improvements in products/services and processes.

– **Technical Proficiency:**
– Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other communication tools.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
