4. **Collaboration:**
– Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
– Provide insights and feedback from customer interactions to help improve product features and service offerings.

5. **Performance Metrics:**
– Meet and exceed performance targets including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
– Regularly review personal performance metrics and seek feedback for continuous improvement.
