So, what’s the role all about?

Our Enterprise Fraud Management Line of Business (LoB) is seeking a Director of Product Management . This role is responsible for the development and execution of the product strategy of our portfolio of solutions for the financial services and banking industry.

How will you make an impact?
• Collaboratively define business and product strategy through understanding the market (market segmentation, growth opportunities, key industries and solution areas)
• Own the overall product roadmap for the Enterprise Fraud Management portfolio
• Manage a team of 8+ Product Managers and Product Owners
• Create new solutions and extend existing technology solutions by partnering with our customers to help them meet their fraud management objectives
• Own the product management process from initial market problem definition through to product requirements, pricing, product development, positioning, product evolution and ongoing product maintenance
• Build strong relationships and indirectly manage teams in a highly-matrixed environment with customers, sales, regions, partners, services and product groups
• Assemble product requirements from multiple sources (e.g., research, usability, customer feedback, partner data, competitive assessment) and communicate requirements to product development
• Educate and enable the customer-facing organizations to ensure successful go-to-market
• Support sales and services in customer engagements—both evangelizing our solutions to assist with selling and capturing market requirements to bring back to the product teams
• Build the business case for product investments driven by customer requirements, competitive landscape and company strategy. Integrate product innovation into the fabric of the organization

Have you got what it takes?
• Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise and/or SaaS software product management
• Minimum 5 years team leadership experience and a strong track record of attracting and developing talented Product Managers
• Experience in fraud & authentication solutions – advantage
• 5+ years of experience in development and execution of a commercial Product Portfolio Strategy, successfully driving multiple software products simultaneously
• Experience in working with a B2B software sales team
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, communication and change management skills
• Experienced in working in a global matrixed environment
• Experience working with geographically distributed product management and development teams
• Masterful ability to prioritize long (and growing) lists of demands
• Strong written, interpersonal and presentation communication skills, and ability to confidently and clearly communicate to both internal and external audiences
• Strong team player who is easy to partner with across functions, cultures and geographies
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Experience working in a fast-paced, complex global environment
• Ability to travel up to 35% domestically and internationally

You will have an advantage if you also have:
• Experience/knowledge of Actimize solutions or Fincrime industry
