Responsibilities:
• Handle customer complaints via phone and email, providing quick responses for technical inquiries.
• Primarily responsible for after-sales service in Australia, focusing on on-site and project operations and maintenance, initially supported by headquarters and later independently resolving on-site issues.
• Actively cooperate with the Control Tower and colleagues based in China to manage on-site materials and provide timely feedback on issues, able to organize and analyze on-site failures and compile daily or next-day reports.
• Any Ad hoc tasks assigned
Requirements:
• Proficient in English
• Experience as an electrician (holding high-voltage certification is a plus).
• Strong learning ability and execution skills.
• Experience with PCS or DC systems is a plus.
• Good communication skills
• Quick to respond with proactive and positive attitude.
• Remote Work
• Willing to work overtime
• Candidate with Project Management experience is preferred
