Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager – Sales Enablement with a B2B SaaS background to join our Product Marketing team, reporting to the Director of Product Marketing. This role is designed for a leader who thrives on understanding and transforming product features into relevant value-based content, sales tools, and insights that help create interest, drive adoption and ultimately attract new customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in competitive research, content creation, and sales enablement, as well as experience interacting with sales leaders and managing enablement platforms like Highspot.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Create and manage sales enablement content, including decks, one-pagers, scripts, and FAQs, to empower sales teams to effectively communicate the value proposition and achieve sales objectives.
• Develop succinct and effective product-related sales training materials (demos, training, FAQs, etc.) and lead training sessions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform development of competitive battlecards, ensuring sales teams have up-to-date competitive positioning and messaging.
• Own key product-related sales communications and updates.
• Own and manage the content/enablement hosting tool (Highspot), ensuring content is easily accessible and up-to-date.
• Work closely with sales leaders to identify enablement gaps, provide the necessary training or content support and ensure alignment on messaging. Act as key liaison between marketing and sales team.
• Work closely with the product management team to grasp detailed product features, benefits, and the roadmap. Translate these elements into positioning and messaging that resonate with the target audience.
• Collaborate with the Director of Product Marketing to support ad hoc product marketing activities such as product launches, market analysis, and go-to-market strategies.
• Provide ongoing support and education to sales teams on product positioning, features, and competitive advantages.

About You:
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or a related field.
• Proven experience in competitive research and creating competitive battlecards.
• Hands-on experience building a range of product marketing assets, including pitch-decks, demo videos, and product collateral.
• Deep understanding of buyer personas, product positioning, and the B2B buyer journey.
• Exceptional writing and content creation skills, with the ability to translate complex product information into easily digestible materials.
• Experience managing sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, etc.). Bonus would be having experience with Gong.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a history of working closely with sales teams and leaders.Confidently deliver presentations to audiences of all sizes.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather insights from data and apply them to sales enablement strategies.
