U.S. Bancorp is seeking a dedicated and hardworking **Remote Office Manager** to support our operations and enhance our workplace environment. ### Responsibilities

– **Office Administration:** Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, coordinating office supplies, and overseeing general office maintenance.
– **Communication & Coordination:** Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications. Develop and maintain… effective channels of communication between departments to facilitate efficient operations.
– **Budget Management:** Assist in monitoring office budgets, managing expenses, and preparing financial reports as needed to ensure fiscal responsibility.
– **Event Planning:** Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions. Handle logistics such as catering, venue selection, and technology requirements to support hybrid and virtual formats.
– **Staff Support:** Provide administrative support to team members, including travel arrangements, expense reporting, and personnel onboarding processes.
– **Problem Solving:** Address and resolve operational issues proactively. Exercise effective problem-solving skills to improve workflows and productivity.
– **Compliance & Policy Development:** Uphold company policies and ensure compliance with regulations by keeping staff informed about office policies and practices.
– **Performance Tracking:** Monitor office operational performance and develop methods for tracking key metrics to support continuous improvement efforts.

### Requirements

– **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
– **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of experience in office administration or management, preferably in a corporate environment. Experience in the financial sector is a plus.
– **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software. Experience with project management tools is a plus.
