Role Overview:
We have a lucrative outstanding opportunity available to join our Sales Team as a Seller – B to B channel, working remotely or as required. Your success will be measured on meeting or exceeding sales goals and targets.
The successful candidate will have successful previous professional sales experience within the automotive aftermarket, auto repair, heavy duty or industrial industries in selling and closing sales opportunities by effectively accepting inbound sales calls and making outbound sales calls, being a strong and fast decision maker, identifying potential new customers, sales opportunities, solving issues and providing sales support and business opportunities and growing your existing territory and book of business and driving new accounts and sales.
Your goal would be to establish a strong network of accounts that are willing to build a partnership in success and growth and support our marketing and business models. Therefore, you will have to maximize your efforts to capitalize on your goals while building new sales with your set targets. You will also support and be part of a larger Sales Team and work directly with your Regional Manager on the day-to-day business as needed.
Job Summary:
Under the coaching and supervision of the Regional Manager, Sales – B2B channel is primarily responsible for; prospecting, selling B2B, to grow sales, making quotations, selling products, taking orders, providing follow up on quotations, coordinating shipping / freight, and installations, and acting as a selling consultant with customers, as well as coordinating new product installations, repairs, inspections when needed or required. The incumbent performs all the tasks relating to sales support for tools, equipment, parts, and service according to the assigned product range.
Main Tasks:
• Sales in a geographic territory area with prospecting, outbound infield B2B selling.
• Answer inbound phone calls, reply to emails, order requests, identify customer needs, when necessary, by asking specific questions about the prospects needs, equipment required, type of vehicle repaired, etc.
• Provide sales quotations on required products and process orders for customer.
• Offer options on different types of products that best suit the customer’s needs.
• Present products, quote products, handle objections, develop sales options and close sales and provide required sales follow up.
• Provide outbound sales follow-up with customers who have been quoted to ultimately close quoted sale opportunities.
• Manage customers back orders and coordinate shipping as needed.
• Request prices quote from freight companies as needed or required.
• Ensure the customer emails are always completed and up to date.
