Senior Product Manager – Full-time / Part-time

TRC’s client is an established dental supply company and marketplace looking for a Senior Product Manager to join their growing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring a focus on company goals and market needs while prioritizing features and improvements.
• Strategically oversee the product development lifecycle; act as a combination of Product Manager and Product Owner by engaging in high-level strategic planning as well as writing user stories, managing backlogs, and defining acceptance criteria.
• Ensure timely delivery of product features, manage dependencies, and address potential risks; foster a collaborative, cross-functional environment to find innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct market research and gather user feedback / product data to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive designs; provide actionable insights to inform product strategy and support data-driven decision making.
• Monitor product performance using key metrics, conduct post-launch analysis, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement changes to optimize performance and user satisfaction.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention, as well as implement growth initiatives.
• Communicate and translate complex technical details into clear and actionable plans for various teams with a broad range of technical knowledge, including developers, engineers, customers, sellers, marketing, design, and stakeholders.
• Use understanding of APIs, payment processors, and integration techniques to manage the Order Management System (OMS) and administrative features.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager
• Proven experience in the e-commerce industry, including experience with large scale web / mobile apps and/or e-commerce applications
• Strong technical acumen, with experience owning products and/or features from inception to completion
• Working knowledge of Agile project management methodology and experience in overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills within all levels of an organization, including stakeholders, executive leadership, vendors, customers, and cross-functional teams
• Excellent organization and attention to detail with the ability to work effectively in both collaborative, team-based environments and independent remote-environments with minimal supervision
• Prior experience in the dental industry is a plus, but not required.
