Key Responsibilities
• Develop and Execute Vision: Create and implement a strategic roadmap for AI and machine learning initiatives that align with our commitment to improving educational outcomes.
• Champion User Needs: Be the advocate for educators and students, leveraging data, interviews, and testing to ensure our AI/ML solutions effectively address their requirements and identify opportunities for new, customer-focused products.
• Manage Product Lifecycle: Oversee the entire product journey from conceptualization to launch, emphasizing analysis, positioning, packaging, and promotion for timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Innovate and Experiment: Challenge existing paradigms and explore innovative concepts to uncover new product opportunities, including the development of proofs of concept and pilot projects.
• Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Inspire teams and build consensus through exemplary communication and storytelling skills, sharing insights and findings with executives and stakeholders.
• Integrate AI Features: Guide the integration of generative AI capabilities into existing products, enhancing user experiences through features such as automated feedback, personalized learning paths, and adaptive assessments.
Required Skills
• 5+ years of experience in product management, especially with SaaS products.
• Proven track record in developing and deploying AI and machine learning projects.
• Strong aptitude for managing the entire lifecycle of AI and ML initiatives, including model development, training, and deployment.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and open-source frameworks.
• Expertise in machine learning infrastructure, such as data pipelines, model deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills to navigate through ambiguity and achieve successful project outcomes.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, delivering clear and concise guidance.
Qualifications
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant STEM field (e.g., Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics).

Compensation And Benefits
• Salary range: (125,000 – )185,000 per year (varies based on location, experience, and interview performance).
