Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sponsorship and Vendor Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in securing sponsorships, managing vendor relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies for large-scale live events. This role is crucial in maximizing revenue opportunities and enhancing the overall festival experience for attendees, sponsors, and vendors alike.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive sponsorship strategies to secure partnerships for our food and beverage festivals
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential sponsors, vendors, and partners
• Create compelling sponsorship packages and marketing materials to attract new partners
• Collaborate with the event management team to integrate sponsor and vendor activations seamlessly into festival programming
• Manage vendor recruitment, selection, and communication processes
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote sponsor and vendor participation
• Analyze sponsorship and vendor performance, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into sponsorship and vendor offerings

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sponsorship sales, vendor management, or event marketing, preferably in the festival or food and beverage industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sponsorship sales targets
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent relationship-building abilities with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Creative problem-solver with the ability to develop unique sponsorship and marketing solutions
• Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools
• Passion for the food and beverage industry is a significant plus
