Job Description
The Agency Marketing Consultant Intern will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of quote volume and driving profitable market share growth within Allstate’s Agency Channel. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing analytics, program management, and strategic planning, all while working closely with agency partners and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in generating and analyzing reports using Excel to measure and report on marketing performance.
• Build and maintain custom trackers to monitor key metrics and data trends.
• Support the Go-To-Market strategy by contributing to the growth of Allstate’s footprint within targeted geographies.
• Partner with sales teams and agency owners to optimize marketing programs and initiatives.
• Gain familiarity with marketing programming, terminology, and industry best practices.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to influence marketing decisions.
• Collaborate with teams on digital, social media, and direct mail campaigns.
• Contribute to the creation of strategic marketing programs and reporting mechanisms.
Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a degree, preferably in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Insurance, General Business, or a related field.
• Start Date: May/June 2025
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate data and generate actionable insights; excellent communication and collaboration skills; attention to detail and organization; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with PowerBI is a plus; knowledge of marketing concepts and industry terminology.
