Job Description:
The Chief AI-Driven Marketing Architect will spearhead the strategy, design, and implementation of automated online sales systems for EIGH8.com. This role is pivotal in optimizing customer acquisition, engagement, and retention by leveraging advanced AI technologies, prompt engineering, and data-driven marketing techniques.
The successful candidate will lead the marketing team in integrating AI into all aspects of the digital sales funnel, from predictive analytics to personalized content delivery. This position requires a deep understanding of AI and machine learning algorithms, prompt engineering, and the ability to translate these technologies into actionable marketing strategies that drive revenue and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development: Craft and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that utilize AI to automate and optimize the online sales process.
• AI & Prompt Engineering: Lead the integration of AI technologies, including prompt engineering, to enhance content creation, customer segmentation, and personalized marketing efforts.
• Sales Automation: Design and implement automated sales funnels that drive conversions, upsells, and cross-sells, optimizing the customer journey from acquisition to retention.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytics and machine learning models to inform marketing strategies, predict customer behavior, and optimize campaigns in real-time.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and IT, to ensure alignment on goals and seamless execution of AI-driven marketing initiatives.
• Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously exploring and implementing emerging technologies that can drive the next wave of growth for EIGH8.com.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs, ensuring that marketing initiatives meet or exceed targets for revenue growth, customer engagement, and ROI.
• Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all marketing practices adhere to relevant regulations and ethical standards, particularly in the use of AI and customer data.
Required Skills & Competencies:
• Expertise in AI & Machine Learning: Proficient in AI technologies, including natural language processing (NLP), machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics.
• Prompt Engineering Mastery: Deep understanding of prompt engineering, with experience in creating and optimizing AI-driven content for marketing purposes.
• Sales Funnel Optimization: Proven experience in designing and implementing automated sales funnels that significantly improve conversion rates and customer lifetime value.
• Digital Marketing Proficiency: Strong background in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Data Analytics: Advanced skills in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Python/R) to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
• Creative Problem Solving: Ability to think creatively and strategically, identifying innovative solutions to complex marketing challenges.
• Communication & Leadership: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on AI-driven strategies.
• Previous experience in a senior marketing role within an e-commerce or technology company.
Pay Range:
• Base Salary: $175,000 – $225,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)
• Performance Bonuses: Up to 30% of base salary based on achieving key performance metrics.
• Equity Options: Offered as part of the compensation package, with potential for significant growth.
Start Date: Expected to be in Q1 2024, with exact dates to be determined based on sequential hiring and organizational needs.
