China etail Marketing Manager

We are looking for a candidate who can drive the growth of NVIDIA GeForce RTX marketing on China major etail platform. An ideal candidate possesses a strong knowledge and professional skills on etail marketing and partner marketing, and passionate for new graphic technology and AI evolvement with a deep understanding of China etail dynamic and marketing approaches. You should be a creative thinker driving excellency on marketing campaigns as well as a strong problem solver with exceptional communication skills that collaborate effectively with etail partners and… cross-functional teams.

What you’ll be doing:
• Develop GeForce RTX marketing strategy on major etail platform (JD.com). Align etail platform seasonal campaigns/promotions to GeForce priority.
• Drive successful GeForce product launch with optimized etail resources. Maximize exposure across full consumer journey on etail and effective outreach to target audience.
• Solidify GeForce RTX’s strong presence and influence on gaming Desktop and Laptop on etail platform from daily exposure to seasonal campaigns.
• Establish strong partnership and efficient collaboration model with etail partners to ensure a well leverage of etail resources and highlight GeForce RTX thru out the etail platform and promotions.
• Develop creative solutions / marketing approaches to effectively reach out to target audience and secure last mile purchase conversion at etail.
• Build up GeForce RTX AI PC presence on etail. Design effective program to drive RTX AI PC influence to consumer and drive purchase intention.
• Analyze etail performance metrics and assess the effectiveness of etail campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize our strategies. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in China etail marketing.
• Align with regional Product and Sales team. Work with Product team to develop proper contents for marketing usage. Liasing with HQ on marketing campaigns, programs and KPI.

What we need to see:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, and/or computer science.
• 8+ years of experience in etail marketing or consumer marketing. PC or consumer tech industries preferred.
• Familiarity with China etail marketing, etail platform dynamic, and operation model. Direct experience managing JD.com etail marketing is a plus.
• Project management experience, excellent communication, prioritization, listening, and collaboration skills.
• Understand marketing principles and channels.
• Daring, driven, with a can-do attitude, and a thirst for learning and building marketing knowledge.
• Pride in delivering excellent work, organizational skills, and multitasking prowess.
• Flexibility, adaptability, proactiveness, attention to detail, and a passion for learning and innovation.
• Ability to work well within a team and self-discipline to complete tasks.

• Understands how to engage and manage etail partners.
• Sharp sense on marketing with creativity and problem-solving skills.
