About WeDoCRM:
As a specialist in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Marketing, WeDoCRM supports companies of all sizes to drive ROI from their customer database. Our agency is growing up quickly as more and more companies partner with us to deliver powerful CRM operations.
About the role:
This is a brand-new hire for our agency as we look to build upon our success and grow the agency in 2024. While we have historically focused on the execution side of CRM for the majority of our clients, as we grow and client needs expand, we have more clients and prospective clients who are looking to tap into our expertise on the strategy side of CRM.
This will be a hybrid role between executing within the tech platforms and supporting our Head of Retainer to develop CRM strategy for our clients based on their business objectives and CRM best practice. The ideal fit for this role is someone who is comfortable working within Email Service Providers (ESPs) to support with building out Campaigns and Automations but feels equally confident making recommendations to the client on CRM strategy and the optimal way to execute the strategy to improve KPIs.
What to expect day-to-day:
• Support our clients on day-to-day delivery of CRM marketing Campaigns and Automations within a variety of ESPs (Braze, MarketingCloud, Iterable, Customer.io), which may include building emails, data segmentation, building journeys, launching campaigns, etc.
• Manage Campaign content calendars on behalf of our clients based on their products/services, events, promotions, etc.
• Leading on accounts and building relationships with clients.
• Curate ideas and plan for ‘always on’ A/B testing plans to improve client Campaigns.
• Assess our client’s current CRM strategy to make recommendations on how we can improve this in a way that will lead to a direct uplift in email metrics and ROI.
• Assess opportunities to improve tailored content and personalisation with communications.
• Assist on reporting for clients and interpreting results to inform CRM strategy.
• Look for ways to improve the value that we provide to our clients to ensure retention.
• Proofing communications to ensure the highest standard, including checking all links, proofreading copy, and checking mobile/device rendering.
Experience and skills required (important):
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in CRM marketing.
• Strong relationship building skills.
• Strong organisation and time-management skills, as well as meticulous attention to detail.
• Technical understanding and experience using ESPs.
• A strong background in the strategy side of CRM.
• Good understanding of dynamic content and personalisation.
• Experience with A/B testing of communications.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS
Great to have (but will not exclude you from fair consideration):
• Experience working with multiple ESPs platforms.
• Experience working across multiple international territories.
• Previous experience working within an agency.
• Experience with line management.
Our ideal candidate:
Our ideal candidate is someone who is very confident on the strategy side of CRM but is not afraid to get within the ESP platforms to support with the execution side as well. If a client comes to us and asks to audit what they are currently doing or ask us to make recommendations on how they can improve aspects of their CRM, you are confidently able to devise a strategy that will lead to an uplift in email metrics and ROI. While we are looking for someone who can execute within the platforms, you do not need to be highly technical as we have technical resource already within the team that can support.
What our company stands for:
Fairness, understanding and the promotion of self-worth. We’re young and as such our identity is still being shaped. Regarxdless, we already have a cornerstone which centres around equal opportunity and understanding. Equality is paramount to who we are and we will always ensure our employees have a safe environment to be themselves and flourish. We also pride ourselves on ensuring everyone maintains a healthy and happy work/life balance which is why flexiworking is offered to everyone.
Salary & extras:
Up to £40,000 per annum (d.o.e). Employee benefits and wellbeing platform.
Place of work:
This position is fully remote from anywhere in the UK and offers flexi-working options. Must be fluent in English, live within the UK and have the right to work unrestricted in the UK. Given most of our agency employees are based in London, willingness to travel to the capital every now and then for socials would be greatly appreciated, as well as willingness to travel throughout the UK for events.
