About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Director, Global Field, and Partner Marketing Leader with 10 years of proven experience in either field or channel marketing-focused roles. The ideal candidate has led a field and channel marketing team with many years. In this role, you will be managing our current team of field marketers across the globe, building the team to scale with sales & channel resources, and also executing on our partner marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
• Lead a global team of Field & Partner Marketing Managers.
• Drive the creation of annual and quarterly plans aligned to pipeline and bookings targets and overall business goals.
• Act as a player-coach, directly executing and owning your marketing strategy focused on top partners, accounts, industries, and segments.
• Develop & maintain a deep understanding of partner business strategies and objectives.
• Develop the partner program, co-marketing strategy with our top-tier partners, and co-marketing campaigns that our partner ecosystem can leverage
• Establish & support relationships with sales leadership and partner marketing teams.
• Manage the overall field and partner marketing budget and ROI metrics.
Qualifications
Experience in B2B Cybersecurity or B2B SaaS
Required Skills
• 5-10 years leading and building field and channel marketing teams
• Experience with Trace3, Guidepoint, and World Wide Technology and ideally AWS
• Strong attention to marketing ROI and metrics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
