Our internship program is designed with future leaders in mind and serves as a pipeline for top talent. Participants in our program receive one-on-one mentorship while working alongside seasoned Graphic Design professionals. Interns will be immersed in the various functions of the business that contribute to the broader scope of the Design model, gaining valuable hands-on experience in skill competency areas.

As the Graphic Design Intern, you will work with both print and digital teams to complete various creative tasks that span across multiple channels. These tasks could include assisting on email and catalog creation, building html email campaigns, digital advertising, helping with site creative, and assisting where needed on social creative. You will work closely with Art and Copy partners to see a project through from start to finish.

During the internship you will support the team with future brand development and internal & external campaign execution.

This is a hybrid role with three weeks per month onsite (Mon – Thurs). The primary work location is our corporate campus in Dodgeville, WI and you will perform work both on-site and remotely each week. You must reside or relocate within a commutable distance of the office for this position. Don’t worry, we have you covered, Lands’ End offers competitive relocation assistance!

Successful candidates should have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
• Assist with day-to-day team responsibilities.
• Assist the print team on catalog creation, shot notes, and submitting retouching notes.
• Assist with digital assets, including emails, landing pages, online promotions, digital advertising, display banners and more.
• Partner with the team on future Creative Brand development and support the Creative team with internal and external creative campaigns.
• Passion for brand-focused visual creative.
• Graphic Design background with some experience in digital content creation for web, social and online spaces.
• Solid understanding of typography, image editing, layout principals.
• Strong problem-solving skills, creative thinker, strategic.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud with emphasis on InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently, but also flourish as a team player and strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to learn and effectively use our DAM system.
• Flexible and demonstrates a positive attitude.
