Allianz Trade is organized in 6 business regions across the world. Its “Group” teams are located in Paris-La Défense, the headquarter. In Allianz Trade’ Group teams, we aim at supporting regional teams in their activities, as well as ensuring homogeneity and consistency in how the company operates worldwide, aligned with Allianz Group policies.

Group People Center of Expertise (CoE) team is composed of people with different nationalities. We inform and coordinate the activities of the regions on the following topics:
• · Talent Management & People Acquisition
• · Employer Branding & HR communication
• · Global HR projects including Onboarding & Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated student to join our team as an HR Project Manager Intern working directly with our CoE for Onboarding and Talent Acquisition. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within HR project management, program devliery, and develop valuable skills for a future career in human resources.

What you will be doing:
• Project Support: Collaborate with global project manager to assist in planning, organizing, and executing Group HR projects related to onboarding and talent acquisition.
• Data Analysis: Collect and analyze regional and global data to provide insights and recommendations for project decision-making throughout project liefcycles.
• Documentation: Generate and maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
• Stakeholder Communication: Assist in internal communication related to HR projects, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.

– Research: Stay informed about HR industry best practices and trends to contribute valuable ideas to project strategies.

– Problem Solving: Work with the team to identify and address project-related challenges and find creative solutions.

Profile:
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Fluent English (both spoken and written)
