As a Key Account Manager, you’ll:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients driving long-term revenue opportunities and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute strategic account plan, drive revenue growth, and ensure the overall satisfaction and success of our key customers
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure client satisfaction.

Reports to the Commercial Director

Essential Job Duties
• Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key customers, serving as the primary point of contact for their strategic needs.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with the organization’s overall business objectives
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth within key accounts through cross-selling, upselling, and introducing new products or services Key Account Manager.
• Lead negotiations for major contracts and agreements with key clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms
• Manage the profitability of key accounts, ensuring that they contribute positively to the organization’s financial goals
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry changes affecting key accounts
• Ensure that the organization’s products or services align with the strategic goals and challenges of key clients
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions

What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM disciplines or Business Administration, Management, or relevant work experience in a technical field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English, required
• 5+ years of proven experience in one of the following roles: account management, business sales, business development, or, required. Previous experience in a B2B environment is a plus!
• Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite is required
• Proven experience in strategic relationship management, including effective communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in customer management and pipeline development
• Entrepreneurial spirit to drive strategic sales and growth
• Strong team player; motivated and extremely customer-centric

📍 Remote, based in Germany. Minimal travel (up to 20%).
