Join our team as a Remote Market Center Administrator (MCA). The MCA drives profitability through strategic growth initiatives and supports our associates in achieving their business goals. Utilizing the Growth Initiative and Career Growth Initiative tools, the MCA is responsible for maintaining market center value systems, attracting and retaining associates, and ensuring their success through proactive leadership.
Responsibilities:
• Drive Market Center Profitability: Engage fully in Growth Initiative and Career Growth Initiative systems to increase market share and profitability. Monitor net agent count and ensure a minimum of five new associates per month.
• Lead Operational Excellence: Oversee financial decision-making, maintain accurate bookkeeping systems, complete weekly soft closes, and assess Company Dollar daily. Implement and support associates with these systems to enhance their business profitability.
• Support Associate Growth: Consult and mentor associates on business-building fundamentals. Conduct weekly Career Growth Initiative conversations to track progress towards goals.
• System Implementation: Design and implement robust support systems that empower associate businesses. Introduce new products and services to enhance associate capabilities.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor Market Center staff to ensure alignment with Market Center goals and standards. Use the Leverage system to build and manage an effective team.
Requirements:
• Experience: 1-3 years in leadership roles with a background in accounting or financial management. Must have expereince as an AMCA, MCA or Agent Services.
• Skills: Proficient in Growth Initiative tools, strategic decision-making, full charge bookkeeping, and operational management. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Education: High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
Work Environment: Completely remote, but must be located in the United States.
Pay Structure:
Contractor will receive compensation per client, with option to continue to grow team when capacity is reached.
Average Transaction Remote Market Center Administrator at full capacity maintains $7,000-$10,000/month before team. Option to work completely remote when training is complete.

• Basic Accounting which includes Accounts Receivable / Payable, Bank Reconcilliations, and Office Billing.
• Reporting & Transmittal, Weekly Soft Close
• DA Creation & Commission Payment Management
• Day-to-Day Email Management
• Communication with Agents & Leadership
