Reports to : human resources manager.
Objective :
Efficiently regulate the employment relationship of the employees. Maintain an excellent work culture and work environment, taking into account the RTS management team, the RTS team that provides services to clients, and the foreign staff working in home office mode.

Responsibilities :
• Apply and monitor compliance with the rules and guidelines on personnel administration.
• To register and control absenteeism and tardiness of personnel, reviewing compliance with schedules and working hours, reporting the appropriate incentives or sanctions.
• Establish and promote criteria, mechanisms and internal procedures for the granting of awards, incentives and rewards to employees.
• Updating… personnel inventories.
• Organizational development through strategies to promote organizational values and improve the work environment.
• Labor relations.
• Social welfare.
• Attention to collaborators and management of claims.
• Develop all those functions inherent to the area of its competence.
