As our Lead Graphic Designer, you will create modern designs with a unique, charming style that help drive business goals. You will take ownership of creative ideas and translate them into impactful visual experiences. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing design solutions that align with marketing strategies and business objectives, and overseeing your own development process from concept to completion.

What you’ll do:
• Work collaboratively with a team of designers, illustrators, and animators to develop creative materials that align to our key customer segments (B2C, B2B, Public Sector) and business goals
• Gain deep understanding of key customer segments and goals, and develop creative that aligns to each segment’s mindset, psychographic and behavioral attributes
• Ensure high-quality design concepts and execute creative materials as needed, maintaining a consistent brand presence across all channels.
• Oversee multiple creative projects simultaneously to support the organization’s marketing goals.
• Take ownership of the creative process for each project you are assigned, including inter-departmental communication, problem solving and business decision-making.
• Actively add value in creative ideation to make design a strategic advantage
• Enable effective scaling of the Design Team through supporting processes
• Lead and mentor junior designers that supports integral projects with varying design workloads
Experience you’ll bring:
• Experience as a Graphic Design; portfolio required
• Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiar with layout design and Figma
• Experience in After Effects and Premiere a plus
Requirements:
• Requires a minimum of 8 years of related or equivalent experience; or 6+ years with an advanced degree.
Travel Requirements:
While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $94,400 – $116,500 USD. Pluralsight’s pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
