Responsibilities
• Ensure timely processing of accounts payable
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations and verify entries
• Reconcile the endowment account monthly
• Collect grants and accounts receivable promptly, ensuring accurate revenue recognition
• Oversee monthly payroll entries and adjustments
• Manage the annual financial audit and the 990 tax process for multiple entities
• Collaborate with external auditors to provide accurate information
• Conduct periodic internal audits for compliance verification

Qualifications
• Must be local to Atlanta
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required
• CPA certification is a must; Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 7 years in an accounting role overseeing organizations with revenues of $50MM+
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in leading diverse teams
