Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Bookkeeping Manager. The Bookkeeping Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day bookkeeping activities, managing financial data, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. The role involves coordinating with the accounting team and collaborating with other departments to support financial decision-making.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience in managing a team or leading bookkeeping projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification or relevant professional certification is a plus
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
• Advanced spreadsheet skills
• 5+ years of experience managing a team (overseas team is a plus)
• 5+ years of client facing experience
