Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this position at the commencement of employment is expected to be between USD (156,080 and USD )311,280 per year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Skills
• 10+ years of experience in brand, visual identity, and creative services/advertising
• Strong creative portfolio
• Experience in B2B technology or SaaS
• Expertise in typography, composition, motion, branding, and user-centered design principles
• Proficient in Figma, Keynote, and Adobe CC
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities
• Drive a consistent visual brand and content creation strategy
• Align the Visual Brand and Content Strategy across operating regions
• Partner with Digital Marketing and Campaign teams to attract, convert, and retain customers
• Develop strong relationships across cross-functional departments
• Execute creative concepts across various mediums (print, video, online, etc.)
• Ensure global consistency in marketing processes and systems
• Manage external agencies and relationships for effective outcomes
• Develop and grow the creative team
• Manage budget and expense tracking
• Maintain and grow the brand portal
• Motivate employees toward a shared visual brand vision
• Stay updated on new creative and digital technologies and trends

• Successful experience in visual brand management
• Outstanding visual background in design principles
• Strong collaboration and influence over executive management
• Data-driven approach for measurable outcomes
• Ability to maintain a detailed work schedule and prioritize projects

Education Requirements
• BA/BS degree in a relevant field
