Position: Independent Sales Representative – Professional Coaching & GDPR Compliance

Status: Independent, commission-based (10% to 30% based on performance)

Location: Flexible (remote/on-site as required)

Role overwiew:

As part of our expansion, we are seeking experienced sales professionals to sell our professional coaching services and GDPR compliance solutions. This role is ideal for seasoned professionals who can quickly understand client needs and adapt to different markets.

Responsibilities:

– Develop business relationships across B2A, B2B, B2G, and B2NGO sectors.

– Understand, advise, and sell our coaching and GDPR compliance services, including expatriation coaching.

– Generate new business opportunities and achieve ambitious sales targets.

Desired profile:

– Proven experience in B2A/B2B/B2G/B2NGO sales, with the ability to quickly grasp the challenges and expectations of clients in specialized areas.

– Preferably, an existing portfolio of prospects or clients.

– Ability to understand the concepts of professional coaching and GDPR compliance (General Data Protection Regulation, focused on protecting personal data within the EU or any organization or citizen in the world dealing with citizens in the EU).

– A respectful approach to ethical sales practices and a strong knowledge or keen interest in GDPR and related ethical issues.

– Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to listen and advise.

– A minimal basic level of French proficiency is a plus.

– Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.
