Key Responsibilities:
• Design Assets: Create and design various assets, including but not limited to employee handbooks, internal documents in Word and PowerPoint, client-facing materials, and promotional content using Canva.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are on-brand (either with Elevated or our client), maintaining a cohesive and polished look across all platforms and materials.
• Collaborate: Work closely with HR Partners and client teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality creative solutions.
• Innovate: Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table, ensuring that all designs not only meet but exceed expectations.
• Adapt: Be flexible and ready to pivot as project needs change, all while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
What we’re looking for on your resume or portfolio:
• Experience: While formal education is not required, you should have a strong portfolio that showcases your creativity and design skills, particularly within Canva.
• Creativity: A passion for design and a natural inclination to think outside the box.
• Attention to Detail: The ability to create polished and professional designs that reflect our brand’s high standards.
• Digital: You have a background in digital assets and could support content creation if needed.
During our interview, we’ll be exploring:
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams.
• Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a remote setting while being a proactive member of the team.
