• Implement best practices for Oracle Cloud PPM solutions, focusing on governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and transform challenges into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Design PPM system architectures using Oracle Cloud PPM applications, including Project Control, Costing, Contracts, Billing, Performance Reporting, Task Management, Resource Management, and Grants.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle PPM solutions, ensuring delivery within timelines and budget.
• Analyze client requirements to develop comprehensive designs, including business process flows.
• Provide expert advice on Oracle Cloud PPM, lead workshops, and gather stakeholder requirements.
• Lead client workshops and training to ensure successful adoption of Oracle Cloud PPM.
• Maintain thorough documentation, including requirements, design decisions, process flows, and data strategies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within Oracle Cloud PPM.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster a culture of excellence.
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic insights aligned with client goals.
• Stay updated with Oracle Cloud developments and industry trends.
What You Need For This Position
• 7+ years as a Solution Architect or senior consulting role in Cloud PPM solutions.
• Experience with designing and implementing Oracle Cloud PPM applications with at least five end-to-end implementations.
• Led full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation projects, including requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Led cross-functional teams in developing and deploying complex solutions.
• Knowledge of PPM, SLA, FIN, and SCM processes.
• Collaborated with FIN, HCM, SCM, and EPM leads on PPM integration.
• Experience with client interactions and managing resources.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Leadership in project teams.
• Oracle Cloud certification(s) a plus.
