Role
As the Senior Project Manager, you will work closely with the executive team to drive strategic initiatives, oversee key projects, and ensure operational excellence across the organization. You will have a unique opportunity to shape the future of our organizational systems, optimize cross-functional processes, and support decision-making at the highest level. You will take on the execution of high-impact strategic projects, acting as an impact multiplier for leadership, enabling them to focus… on broader strategy and decision-making. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, project management skills, and the ability to lead and drive cross-functional outputs.

Responsibilities
• Strategic Planning & Execution: Partner with the leadership team to define business priorities, set goals, and align resources. Lead complex, high-impact projects from conception to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and resources are aligned
• Operational Strategy & Excellence: Manage cross-functional operational strategy, filling gaps, and driving accountability within leadership teams. Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and scalability across the company
• OKR & Accountability Systems: Oversee the OKR system, ensuring leadership teams are accountable for their goals and execution. Facilitate discussions and next steps around blockers to help achieve objectives
• Executive & Stakeholder Support: Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team by providing insights and recommendations. Ensure alignment between cross-functional teams through clear and concise communication and collaboration
• Change Management: Lead initiatives to adapt and scale operations, addressing challenges related to company growth and evolving processes
• Project Management: Oversee key initiatives like RFP submissions, offsite initiatives, and leadership projects. Ensure smooth execution and follow-through on commitments
• Operational Tools & Tech Stack: Standardize and optimize tools like Notion and Slack to ensure cohesive and efficient workflows. Lead operational onboarding for new hires
• Data-Driven Insights & ROI Measurement: Analyze key performance metrics to measure ROI, assess the success or failure of initiatives, and provide actionable insights that drive decision-making and continuous improvement
• Customer/Creator Advisory Board: Lead the formation of a Customer/Creator Advisory Board to gather insights and feedback from key external stakeholders
Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in product management, project management, or a similar strategic role, ideally within a tech or SaaS environment
• Proven track record of managing full project lifecycles, from initiation and discovery to execution and success measurement, with a focus on delivering results
• Large-scale, cross-functional leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead and execute initiatives across teams and departments
• Expertise in change management, with the ability to lead teams through transitions and ensure successful adoption of new processes
• Clear and concise communication skills, able to influence and collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams, including C-suite executives, in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Analytical proficiency, with the ability to manipulate data, extract insights, and present findings to support data-driven decision-making
• Systems thinking: Ability to connect dots between perceived silos, solving root issues rather than symptoms, and understanding how various components fit into the bigger picture
• Startup experience is a must, demonstrating the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment with competing priorities
• Highly autonomous and self-motivated, with a strong reputation for “getting things done” and holding others accountable
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and software development processes, with PMP or Scrum certification preferred
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
• Ownership mindset: A proactive, accountable attitude toward driving initiatives from start to finish
• Familiarity with marketing technology or the creator economy is a strong asset
• Experience optimizing operational tools and tech stacks, with a focus on driving efficiency and scalability
