• Communicate financial performance, forecasts, and key metrics to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in corporate accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• 3-5 years of experience in M&A accounting diligence and post-merger finance integration.
• Proven track record in managing the accounting cycle, closing, consolidation, and financial reporting.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and M&A transactions.
Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
