At Digital Diagnosis Marketing, we lead the digital advertising world with a focus on “Experts Only.” Specializing in Google Ads, particularly for the auto dealership industry, we provide exceptional marketing solutions. We are looking for a Creative Manager who can elevate our creative output and drive impactful marketing campaigns. Our team is fully remote, and we prioritize communication, collaboration, and delivering top-tier results.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Management:
• Oversee the creative team and external contractors by assigning projects, tracking productivity, and ensuring all creative work is delivered on time and meets our high standards of quality.

Graphic Design:
• Produce exceptional visual content for a range of materials, including campaigns, marketing collateral, and more. Your work will set the visual tone and direction for the campaigns we deliver to our clients.

Marketing Strategy:
• Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and develop creative messaging, ad headlines, and campaign direction that align with each client’s brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the web development, ad operations, and account management teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment on projects. You’ll help to bridge creative concepts with strategic execution.

Quality Control:
• Ensure that all creative deliverables are in line with both the client’s brand guidelines and the high expectations of Digital Diagnosis Marketing. Constantly refine and elevate the quality of output.

Trend Monitoring:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing and design trends to ensure that all creative work is modern, cutting-edge, and relevant to both the market and our clients’ industries.

What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years of experience working within a digital advertising or marketing agency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat). Expertise in Premiere Pro and Dreamweaver is highly valued.
• Experience conceptualizing creative ideas and transforming them into effective visual solutions.
• Strong design sensibility with the ability to create innovative, high-end content while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Strong copywriting and strategic input, with the ability to brainstorm creative directions, ad headlines, and campaign messaging.
• Excellent communication skills—particularly when it comes to spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with HTML, email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact or MailChimp, and content management systems like DealerOn, http://Dealer.com , or Dealer Inspire is a plus.
• Experience working in the auto or medical industry is a bonus, but not required.
• Flexibility and willingness to iterate—open to receiving and integrating constructive feedback to refine creative output.
• Strong understanding of brand guides and the ability to execute accordingly.
• A positive, proactive attitude, capable of managing and inspiring a team in a remote work environment.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of creative management in a digital marketing agency setting.
• Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat). Proficiency in Premiere Pro and Dreamweaver is highly valued.
• Proven ability to create high-end visual content for campaigns and materials that align with client brand guidelines.
• Ability to manage a team of creatives and outside contractors while keeping projects on track and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Understanding of current marketing trends and the ability to implement them in design and strategy.
• The ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining regular and clear communication with teams and clients.
