Job Summary
As a Meta Ad Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for a variety of clients. You’ll work closely with our social media strategists and content creators to deliver high-performing ad campaigns that align with client goals and drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Strategy & Setup: Develop paid social media strategies tailored to each client’s goals, including audience targeting, ad creative suggestions, and budget recommendations.
• Campaign Management: Set up, manage, and optimize Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram) to meet key performance indicators (KPIs), such as clicks, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor ad performance using Meta’s advertising tools, create in-depth reports on campaign results, and provide actionable insights to clients and the internal team.
• Audience Research & Targeting: Conduct in-depth audience research to create custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies to optimize ad delivery.
• A/B Testing: Implement and track A/B tests to continuously improve ad copy, visuals, and audience segments to boost campaign effectiveness.
• Budget Management: Ensure client budgets are efficiently allocated to maximize performance while keeping costs per click and acquisition low.
• Collaboration: Work closely with content creators and social media managers to ensure that ads align with organic strategies and brand messaging.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in managing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns with a track record of delivering results.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite, including campaign creation, audience targeting, and optimization strategies.
• Experience with performance tracking, pixel implementation, and conversion tracking.
• Familiarity with retargeting and custom audience creation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
• Excellent communication skills to present reports and performance updates to clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with additional social media advertising platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.
