What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Support research and evaluation activities under the supervision of the Research Manager
• Assist with day-to-day operations of research activities, including drafting reports and creating dissemination documents
• Recruit, enroll, and evaluate study participants, including conducting surveys and interviews
• Maintain participant information database and ensure data confidentiality
• Assist with manuscript writing and technical writing needs for the study staff

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree
• At least one year of experience in community/public health programming or coordinating research activities
• Knowledge of Navajo culture and language, with experience working on initiatives within the Navajo Nation
• Strong verbal, oral, and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
