• Participate in training newly hired research study assistants
• Ensure consistent data collection and informed consent procedures
• Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or Psychology
• A two-year commitment is preferred
• Strong communication and mediation skills
• Experience in research support roles is a plus
