We work hard at Zealthy to ensure that patients can access high-quality healthcare from anywhere. This means working Monday-Friday in the office. Hours tend to be longer than at most companies because we work hard to serve our patients and make sure that we can achieve our mission of building the world’s largest and highest quality telemedicine company.

The Role:

We are currently seeking a full-time Creative & Marketing Manager. Reminder: this is a full-time and in-person position located in New York, NY. If you are looking for a remote or hybrid position, this is not the right fit for you.

What You’ll Do:
• Develop creative concepts for video and static ads tailored for Meta platforms and TV/streaming services.
• Work closely with designers to bring your creative ideas to life, providing input on layout, messaging, and visual direction.
• Oversee the full process of getting ads produced, from ideation through to approval, ensuring they are uploaded and managed effectively on Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
• Stay on top of emerging trends in social media, streaming, and advertising to create forward-thinking, engaging campaigns.
• Ideate, build, and test landing pages using platforms such as Unbounce.

What You’ll Bring:
• Proven experience in creative marketing, with a strong focus on video and static ad creation (Meta and TV/streaming experience preferred).
• Excellent understanding of Meta’s ad formats, audience targeting, and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, especially with design and marketing teams.
• Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus, but not required.
• Self-starter with a passion for creativity and innovation in advertising
