We have an exciting new opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Enablement/Proposal Writer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting our sales efforts through the creation of compelling proposals, presentations, and sales enablement materials. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in sales enablement, proposal writing, and presentation development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality content that resonates with clients and drives business growth.

Responsibilities:
• Spearhead the development and writing of persuasive proposals, presentations, and sales collateral that effectively communicates the value proposition of our products/services.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and subject matter experts to gather necessary information and insights for proposal and presentation development.
• Shape customized proposal content to align with client needs, incorporating relevant case studies, testimonials, and industry-specific data.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of a centralized repository of sales enablement materials, ensuring content is up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in sales enablement and proposal writing.
• Being a broad resource to the President on special tasks and assignments as needed.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, proposal writing, and/or presentation development within [industry/sector].
• Proven ability to craft compelling narratives and messages tailored to different audience segments.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a meticulous eye for detail and accuracy.
• Fluency in Arabic is considered a strong asset.

Knowledge of general operational concepts to support bringing customers on board
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with proposal management tools
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
