• The main goal of the BI Program Manager is to support the BI team ensuring on time and successful roll outs of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions.
• The BI Program Manager will implement effective BI process controls and ensure the value, compliance and effectiveness of BI solutions.
• The role supports account leadership team(s) by monitoring and reporting on the progress of work flowing through the BI development process. The BI Program Manager maintains the BI demand pipeline using the BI backlog of work.
• This role supports and monitors the BI backlog of work ensuring appropriate resources are allocated, expected benefit and ROI are reviewed and reported, monitors team workload and track team priorities.
• This role drives measureable value from the work we do and ensures work is aligned to ur strategic intent of increasing compliance, reducing cost, improving productivity and driving revenue. This will be achieved through the responsibilities defined below.
Program Development
• Documents, communicates and ensures compliance to the BI governance & workflow process
• Applies project/program management controls & principles to ensure program discipline, and the quality & timeliness of BI team deliverables.
• Guides solutioning and management of BI team file-sharing, QA, records and knowledge management.
• Ensures compliance of BI team request form processes.
• Collaborates with senior management and business teams across the P&G Account to develop, implement and track business benefits and tangible value from the delivery of BI solutions
• Expands scope of the BI PMO capability beyond the P&G Account so that is able to provide the PMO function to other JLL accounts.
Program Management
The single point of contact for requesting initiative support from the BI team.
• Consolidates abstract information regarding requested initiatives, maintains the Initiative list and works with account leadership, requesters and the BI team to prioritize initiatives for action.
• Understands the strategic and tactical business operations, in order for appropriate prioritization for solutions
• Works with SME’s in BI CoE, IT and the business to coordinate delivery of BI solutions
• Prepares, organizes and facilitates key meetings, such as team, stakeholder, status, initiative prioritization and initiative/project meetings.
• Leads problem solving teams using data analysis to develop recommendations to transform behaviors and achieve improvement objectives.
• Is an example of using data to drive value; devise and promote creative data analysis & visualization to derive actionable intelligence.
• Helps account team achieve KPI, SLA & JLL financial commitments
Ideal Experience
• 2-4 years relevant work experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology or related field required. MBA or Master’s degree in related field preferred.
• Skills and experience managing change management projects/programs
• Agile work experience and familiarity with Jira and Confluence
• Understanding of BI solutioning tools (Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Databricks)
• Experienced in data maintenance, data analysis, project planning & team coordination
• Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands
• Comfort around higher management – can deal comfortably with more senior managers; can present to more senior managers without undue tension and nervousness; understands how senior managers think and work; can determine the best way to get things done with them by talking their language and responding to their needs; can craft approaches likely to be seen as appropriate and positive.
• Domain experience in operations, real estate or finance
• Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives highly desirable (Six Sigma Black/Green belt a plus)
