Compensation and Benefits
• Base salary ranges:
• (110,000.00-)140,000.00 for California, New York, Washington, D.C., Colorado, Maryland, Washington and all other US locations.
• Placement within the range is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role.
• Employees may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.

Skills
• Strong academic background with a focus on equity investing and financial markets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, including experience building three-statement models
• Ability to derive meaningful insights from comprehensive research and analysis
• Highly motivated, confident self-starter, able to work independently and collaboratively
• Preference for candidates progressing toward the CFA designation
Responsibilities
• Provide fundamental research support to portfolio managers and analysts of the T. Rowe Price Real Estate Team
• Collaborate with portfolio managers on extensive financial analysis and company/industry research projects
• Interact with public company C-suite executives, both in office settings and in the field
• Deliver investment insight and contribute to the investment process
• Learn from senior investment professionals and provide equity research support
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree with a strong academic record required
• Open to recent graduates as well as experienced candidates
• Demonstrated interest and passion for equity investing and financial markets
