Compensation and Benefits
Base salary ranges:
(75,500.00 – )129,000.00 for California, New York
(66,500.00 – )114,000.00 for Washington, D.C
(60,500.00 – )104,000.00 for Colorado, Maryland, Washington, and all other US locations
Placement within the range provided is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, determined upon company and individual performance.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on operational processes and deliver basic services related to specific areas.
• Participate in II Regulatory Output planning meetings and ensure understanding of objectives and necessary collateral.
• Develop and present production/service plans, negotiate final operational plans, and explain choices to stakeholders.
• Monitor internal resource availability and propose outsourcing when needed; assist in vendor selection.
• Conduct regular reporting of operational activities and manage production schedules.
• Ensure final production conforms to brand standards and quality requirements, overseeing any necessary remediation.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 2+ years of total relevant work experience
