Investment Banking Department

We are currently recruiting interns to… support the growing activity of our Investment Banking Department in two of our teams:

1) Technology (Software)

2) Smart Industry (Energy Transition & Sustainability and Industrial Tech)

Through our Investment Banking Department, Bryan, Garnier & Co has become a leader in advising European growth companies on strategic finance transactions such as M&A (strategic acquisitions & LBOs), ECM (Follow-ons, IPOs & Public Takeover) and Private Placements. In 2021, we have completed more than 70 transactions for a cumulated deal value of €3.5bn.

Duties & Responsibilities

The intern’s work will include:

· Mandates over a broad range of deal types including M&A, IPOs, Public Takeovers, and Private Placements for Pan-European and international growth companies

· Drafting of client presentations including pitches, teasers, information memorandums, management presentations and valuation books

· Performing company’s financial analyses, modelling and valuation (LBO, DCF, trading peers, transaction comps, etc.)

· Assisting the deal team in the execution of transactions (reach out to investors, due diligences, Q&A, process tracking)

· Other occasional tasks such as corporate presentations, sector screenings, investor’s lists, etc.

Bryan, Garnier & Co seeks accomplished students with strong interpersonal, analytical, and quantitative skills.
