Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive pay range that varies based on location, skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions. The pay range for this position is (95000 – )160000. For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.), new hires may be placed in a different level based on assessments during the interview process, considering experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. This level may influence the salary range, and adjustments will be clarified during the offer process.

• 5+ years of experience in database administration within complex production SQL Server environments.
• Hands-on experience with migrating SQL Server to Microsoft Azure.
• Proficiency in maintaining SQL Server on Azure VMs and Azure SQL Databases.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2016 and later versions.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, T-SQL scripting, database normalization best practices, and related technologies.
