Salary: £39,390 to £47,121 (National Framework) or £44,792 to £52,523 (London Framework)
Additional Allowances: £553 per annum for homeworking, plus £3,000 per annum recruitment & retention allowance
Contract Type: 1 x 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract or Secondment Opportunity, 1 x Permanent

They are now looking for two Lawyers to join their team on a full-time basis, either on a 12-month fixed-term contract or on a permanent basis.

What you will bring
To be considered for the Lawyer role, you will need:
· To be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or CILEx Fellow with the right to practice in England and Wales
· Post-qualification or substantial legal experience, especially in advisory, commercial, or procurement roles
· Proven experience managing legal caseloads
· The ability to communicate complex legal information clearly
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills
· A strategic and creative approach with risk and benefit analysis capabilities
What you’ll be doing
· As a Lawyer, you will advise on legal matters for either the Public Law or Commercial Procurement services.
· In the Commercial & Procurement Team, your advice will cover contractual issues, public procurement processes, intellectual property, and commercial law, safeguarding the organisation’s operations.
· In the Public Law team, you will provide guidance on policy, statutory functions, finance, and public consultations to ensure compliance with public law principles.
