ROLE: SAP SALES EXECUTIVE

As an SAP Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for SAP solutions. Your role will involve identifying potential clients, managing relationships, and promoting SAP’s software offerings to meet client needs. You will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and demonstrate how SAP products, such as SAP ERP, S/4HANA, and other SAP cloud solutions, can help solve their problems and optimize their processes.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Planning
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet revenue targets.
• Identify new sales opportunities through networking, prospecting, and market research.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline for SAP products and services.
Client… Engagement and Relationship Management
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers to understand business needs and position SAP solutions effectively.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Consultative Selling
• Understand customer pain points, challenges, and business goals.
• Tailor SAP solutions to meet customer requirements and deliver value-added benefits.
• Provide consultations on best practices for using SAP solutions to improve business efficiency and profitability.
Sales Negotiation and Closing
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and proposal development.
• Drive the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals and signing agreements.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas and performance objectives.
Collaboration and Teamwork
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., pre-sales, technical consultants, and marketing) to deliver compelling solutions to clients.
• Ensure smooth handover of signed clients to the customer success and implementation teams.
Qualifications and Skills
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Sales, or related field. A Master’s degree or an MBA is a plus.
Experience:
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on enterprise software solutions.
• Proven experience in selling SAP products (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform) is highly desirable.
Skills and Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of SAP’s product portfolio and the ability to present complex solutions clearly and concisely.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels within organizations.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop sales strategies based on client needs and market conditions.
• Self-driven and goal-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or SAP CRM
