As a senior marketing advisor within the Sales Enablement, Business Development and Investment Solutions Department, you serve as a high-level expert advisor. You are responsible for coordinating the business governance of major investment solution manufacturing initiatives, and you play a key role in developing marketing plans by recommending strategic directions for business positions. You will plan and coordinate business activities between the manufacturer, business development, marketing, public relations, implementation as well as Intermediaries and Caisses networks. You will be part of a team of B2B marketing experts who are organized in Agile mode with three cross-functional teams. Collaboration, autonomy, creativity and development of our unique expertise are the core of our identity. More specifically, you will be required to:
• Lead the business governance of large-scale launches and changes to the manufacture of investment solutions
• Coordinate these major activities with… all stakeholders and ensure optimal promotion and alignment with the manufacturing strategic objectives
• Collaborate with the sales teams of the division as well as our various partners at our distribution networks to optimize business development of our investment solutions
• Actively contribute to the development and execution of the Department’s marketing plan
• Incorporate an agile approach, work with the manager to execute the PI planning sessions
• Oversee strategic business development projects, initiatives and activities related to the manufacturing execution plan
• Be agile in file management and handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Represent your unit in senior management committees and decision-making bodies

What you bring to the table
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• A minimum of eight years of B2B marketing experience
• Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
• Project management experience
• Experience working in Agile mode
• Strong communication skills in both French and English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with english-speaking partners, members and/or clients
• Knowledge of the Investment Solutions industry
