About the Role:
We are looking for a sharp, experienced operational professional to directly support two senior CrowdStrike executives. The candidate must excel at solving complex, time sensitive problems and be motivated by flawless execution. This role requires an independent self-starter who serves as an ambassador to our executives and their teams, demonstrates sound judgment, and establishes a foundation of loyalty through behaviors that inspire trust. The ideal candidate understands the importance of confidentiality and discretion while simultaneously communicating context to stakeholders; empowering them to make informed decisions, solve problems, and reduce information churn. We are looking for someone who naturally operates with a customer service mindset enabling them to partner with a broad range of personalities and adapt to unique traits and working styles.
CrowdStrike is a fast-moving business in a dynamic industry where the ability to work under deadlines with confidential information is of the utmost importance. Successful administrative candidates have a demonstrated ability to effortlessly adapt to change and display grace and confidence under pressure.
This role requires an occasional presence in our Arlington, VA office and at events in the Washington, DC area.
What You’ll Do:
• Ensure executives’ time is aligned with their priorities through demonstrated understanding of the core business and by leveraging strategic prioritization strategies.
• Build relationships and trust with key stakeholders.
• Increase bandwidth and productivity by anticipating needs and taking ownership of planning, executing, and delegating activities which create an extra layer of accountability.
• Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up on action items.
• Maximize efficiency and communication by building out systems and processes for increased organization and unified work-streams.
• Provide complex and dynamic scheduling and calendar support for the executive. Advance preparation for all commitments and engagements, including comprehensive briefing materials and pre-reads, meeting agendas, presentations, itineraries etc. Review all materials for accuracy and completeness, push-back on stakeholders if documentation is not comprehensive.
• Accountable for planning, coordination and oversight of domestic and international aviation, both commercial and private. Acute attention to detail, continuously checking and rechecking all reservations and logistics for accuracy. Must have significant experience with global itineraries and keen familiarity with documentation required for global travel.
• Process travel and other expense reimbursements on a timely basis and track the department’s quarterly budget.
• Able to stand proxy for the executive during external planning and logistics calls or other meetings requiring executive commitment.
• Vet, research, and prepare materials with internal business units (marketing, sales, finance, product, engineering, etc.) for all executive speaking engagements and critical meetings.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of current geopolitical and security industry activities as it relates to the executive’s travel.

What You’ll Need:
• 5+ years’ experience supporting a senior executive at a Fortune 500 company, congressional office, or high profile executive branch office preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Extensive experience planning complex global travel itineraries.
• Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and high aptitude for learning new software and systems.
• Must be willing and able to travel as business needs dictate.
• Detail oriented execution. Proven ability to manage multiple requests at one time without sacrificing quality is a direct reflection of your tenacity and commitment to excellence. You understand that details matter, because it is the details that create the bigger picture. You are proficient working through situations with incomplete information to achieve optimum outcomes, while avoiding errors and friction. You are highly adaptable to changing situations and have the ability to work through contingencies in motion.
• Prioritization and sense of urgency. Sound problem-solving approach and ability to prioritize makes you an expert at bringing order to chaos and navigating uncertainty with speed and confidence; you look around corners to identify and solve problems before they arise and are able to quickly find solutions that balance the personal needs of the executive with the needs of the business. You are looking at the watch, not the calendar when tackling projects and requests. You have the ability to prioritize across multiple time zones.
• Polished executive presence. As an extension of and representative of the executive you support you have a high EQ, polished and professional presence, and natural ability to build and maintain relationships. This includes, but is not limited to, internal executives as well as external executives from top tier global companies and senior government officials. Your ability to quickly react and respond to the needs of the business in a professional manner is crucial.
• Ownership and partnership. Expert at viewing the bigger, strategic picture to help anticipate needs and identify priorities. You are able to draw on previous experience to create systems that streamline operations in service of a unified goal. As you prioritize executive time, you ensure the details never slip through the cracks.
• Expert communication. Ability to effectively drive alignment and understanding across stakeholders through efficient communication that reduces ambiguity and information churn for both yourself and others. You understand the importance of both method and timing in communications, and you skillfully adapt your style to match context and meet the unique needs of your audience. You demonstrate excellent writing, editing, grammatical, and research skills.
• Integrity and discretion. You uphold the highest standards of integrity in all that you do. You build sincere relationships based on trust and respect, and show compassion and empathy in all interactions. You display professional discretion and honor the confidence of those that entrust you with information in an effort to assist with solving problems. You use strong judgment when those discussions need to be escalated to ensure the safety and protection of the colleagues or clients involved.
