About This Opportunity

We seek an experienced sales professional to join our Spokeo for Business team. This remote-based position is designed for a self-starter with a proven track record in Law Enforcement or Government sales. The successful candidate will understand, promote, and sell our investigative solutions across sectors including, law enforcement, and government. The role aims to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base while building long-term executive relationships.

What you’ll do:
• Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to sales targets, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Generate new inbound and outbound business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and the sales pipeline.
• Regularly conducts demos and presentations to prospective clients at client locations, trade events, and industry conferences.
• Visit customer sites regularly to engage with customers about their industry, business challenges, and needs
• Develop and maintain client relationships, including regular in-person presentations and project meetings at client locations.
• Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to fine-tune messaging and product offerings.
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
• Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.

What you’ve done:
• Minimum of 3 years of Law Enforcement or Government sales experience
• GSA experience is a plus
• Federal procurement /contract experience
• Managed a successful portfolio of $500K+
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Strong cold calling, prospecting and outbound sales skills required
• Self-starter with strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with CRM softwares and sales tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom etc.
• 4-year business degree preferred

Travel:
• 20-35% domestic travel to client locations and industry events.
